Background

L’Occitane en Provence partnered with Arwec to enhance its global Everyday Moments of Joy campaign by developing a striking key visual that would highlight the transformative nature of its award-winning Almond Shower Oil.

The campaign needed to bring the product’s sensorial texture to life.

Known for its unique formula, the Almond Shower Oil nourishes the skin while enveloping it in a warm almond and vanilla aroma. However, the existing campaign lacked a compelling visual that effectively showcased these benefits.

Challenge

While L’Occitane had established the creative platform, it was missing a hero visual that truly conveyed the indulgent, skin-loving texture of the Almond Shower Oil.

The challenge was to balance product education with a rich, emotional narrative.

The campaign needed to position the shower oil as a democratic, universally loved product, ensuring it resonated with all audiences while reinforcing the brand’s natural, genuine, and authentic identity.

Arwec developed a campaign that seamlessly blended stunning visuals with immersive storytelling, showcasing the luxurious transformation of the oil into a delicate milky veil.

We emphasised the product’s effortless ability to elevate everyday moments.

A carefully art-directed shoot focused on beautiful cinematography and high speed photography, elevating the oil’s rich, golden texture.

Complementary organic and paid social video content expanded the campaign’s reach, ensuring the Almond Shower Oil’s unique benefits were experienced across OOH, in-store, and digital touchpoints, globally.

Bringing the Almond Shower Oil campaign to life required meticulous planning and execution across both stills and video production. Our team carefully mapped out each frame, ensuring that the luxurious texture and sensorial transformation of the product were captured with precision.

The shoot was designed to highlight fluid movement and natural beauty, using high-speed photography to emphasise the oil’s rich golden hue as it turned into a delicate milk. Every element, from the choice of backgrounds to the lighting, was selected to enhance the warmth and indulgence of the product experience.
